How do I measure my cushions?

What is the timeline on my custom order?

Custom patio cushions can range in turnaround time depending on the season. In our off-season you can expect a maximum turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. In our high season you can expect a maximum of 6-8 weeks turnaround. We will provide you with a more accurate ETA once we receive your deposit.

Can I get a refund on my custom order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on your custom order. Once your deposit is paid, we will begin production on your order.

Can I request more customizations than are offered on the form?

Yes! You can request any type of speciality customization. Please add your request to the "Anything else we should know about your project?" box on the final page of your form.

Some examples of special request customizations are:

  • Rounded corners
  • Specialized edges (example, flange)
  • Different shaped seats

Any additional customizations will affect your final quote.

How do I make a deposit?

Once you submit your request we will send you an invoice with your full quote amount and your deposit amount. Please follow the instructions on the invoice to submit your deposit.
