How it Works

Get your custom quote started by following our 3 step process. Once you're ready, select from our list of products on our inquiry form. An expert from our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days with your custom quote.

  • 1. Take your measurements

    Follow the instructions for your selected cushion and fill in your measurements in the quote request form below. Provide your dimensions using our handy measurement guides below. You will choose other style details in this form too!

  • 2. Choose your fabric

    Choose from our indoor & outdoor selection at The Fabric Studio. Make note of the style name and colour you have chosen in your quote request form. Have your own fabric? No problem, just follow the instructions in the form. You can also visit us in person at our Showroom to browse our fabrics!

FAQs

What is the timeline on my custom order?

Custom orders can range in turnaround time depending on the season. In our off-season you can expect a maximum turnaround time of 2-4 weeks. In our high season you can expect a maximum of 6-8 weeks turnaround. We will provide you with a more accurate ETA once we receive your deposit.

Can I get a refund on my custom order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on your custom order. Once your deposit is paid, we will begin production on your order.

Can I request more customizations than are offered on the form?

Yes! You can request any type of speciality customization. Please add your request to the "Anything else we should know about your project?" box on the final page of your form.

How do I make a deposit?

Once you submit your request we will send you an invoice with your full quote amount and your deposit amount. Please follow the instructions on the invoice to submit your deposit.
